Media Release and Ownership Waiver: Phase3 Elite Coaching

1. Grant of Rights & Recording Authorization I give permission for my testimonial, likeness, name, and submitted feedback to be used for Phase 3 Elite Coaching marketing. I grant Phase3 Elite Coaching the permission to record, capture, and use my likeness, voice, name, written or spoken statements, and participation details (collectively referred to as "The Work") via digital, computer, audio, video, or print media. These assets may be used at Phase3 Elite Coaching's discretion for research, educational programs, publicity, advertising, and sales promotion.

2. Ownership of Materials I acknowledge that Phase3 Elite Coaching is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, titles, and interests in and to "The Work" across all written, spoken, or recorded formats.

3. Scope of Use Phase3 Elite Coaching holds full authority to reproduce, edit, publish, broadcast, distribute, and otherwise use "The Work" in any media format, channel, or technology now known or hereafter developed, without restriction or further approval. I understand I shall receive no compensation for my testimonial or participation in The Work.
