Hi everyone,
Deep gratitude to those of you who attended the First Founder's Call. And I missed seeing those of you who couldn’t make it! We had such an inspiring, heart-centered session reflecting on our week of Energy Resets, and I wanted to drop into your inbox with a quick recap of the magic, along with an exciting next step.
During our time together, I shared a bit about what goes on behind the scenes during these resets. By clearing up to 52 potential energetic attachments and disruptions, from past emotional baggage and thought patterns that no longer serve you, to ancestral burdens, we create space for you to move through life with real clarity, ease, and consistency.

Physical Purging & Deep Rest

A few participants noticed brief physical purging symptoms shortly after the resets, like temporary headaches, nausea, or a sudden drop in energy. These were natural signs of negative attachments leaving your energy field! After giving themselves grace (and taking some well-deserved, deep naps), most everyone bounced back feeling lighter, brighter, and completely recharged.

Almost everyone reported feeling a powerful shift, experiencing sustained energy throughout busy workdays, a deep sense of inner calm, and the ability to expeditiously knock out tasks that may have been put off.

We talked about how our logical minds and societal programming often try to convince us that quick, energetic shifts "can't be real." Once that mental resistance was released, the deep emotional rewiring can really take root.
